Nut Biscuits
(Polish recipe)
- 2 protein
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tsp. instant coffee (but can be a normal - to taste)
- 350 g, ground hazelnuts in a blender
1. Beaten egg whites, sugar and coffee, so that the foam was quite thick. Add nuts, stir and put on 30 minutes. in the refrigerator. Quick and easy. Now you can go for a walk:)
2. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4 mm. (It is easier to do it between layers of cellophane film food - then nothing to nothing stuck and will not have to scrub away anything, and the surface of pastry out very flat). Cut biscuit tins or a knife (after removing the tape), put the pan on the baking paper.
3. Oven for about 10 minutes, remove and immediately downloaded from the pan, to pechenyushki not dried out.
4. If you hunt, you can sprinkle them on top of white frosting and sprinkle with chocolate flakes. In Poland, all of this is sold as a finished product in supermarkets, we need to invent themselves ...
